As far as caring for your cabinets, think of it as any other piece of fine furniture in your home. If you wouldn't use the cleaner on your heirloom piano sitting in your living room, don't use it on your cabinetry. We use pledge ourselves to clean your cabinets after the initial installation, but don't recommend using furniture polish on a regular basis. Maybe once or twice a year. The waxy residue will tend to attract dust and grease, exactly what you don't want. Simply dusting your cabinets with a clean dry lint free rag is best. Use a small amount of soapy water occasionally, again with a non abrasive rag, and clean up spills immediately. Dry quickly, water and wood are not friends. Do not use abrasive cleaners, such as comet or scotch bright pads.
Take care of your cabinets, and they will take care of you for life.
